STEFANIA SISTU è una cantautrice di Triei, un paese della Sardegna. La musica è la sua più grande passione che coltiva dall’età di soli 5 anni, età in cui ha calcato per la prima volta il palcoscenico in occasione di un festival per bambini (di cui oggi è direttore artistico) della sua città.
E qui comincia la sua avventura da artista, fatta di scuole di musica, esibizioni nei locali e nelle piazze della Sardegna, ospite in varie trasmissioni televisive e ad importanti festival a livello internazionale quali “Black Fire” di Nantes (Francia) e “Voci di Maggio”, oltre alla partecipazione a tanti concorsi in cui ha ottenuto ottimi risultati, come le semifinali al Festival di Castrocaro e il primo premio assoluto al “Tortolì Expò Festival 2009 - Edizione Giovani”. Stefania, inoltre, fa parte della rosa di musicisti dell’associazione Albatros, grazie alla quale ha potuto aggiungere al proprio curriculum importanti collaborazioni, cantando per artisti del calibro di Bob Destiny e Jaime Scott Dolce.
Altri importanti lavori riguardano il teatro, dove Stefania ha prestato la propria voce ad alcune opere delle compagnie teatrali Figli d’Arte Medas e AC Simul.
Nel 2009 Stefania corona il suo sogno, quello di realizzare un disco: ed eccola dar vita al suo primo album: “L’ALTRA ME”. Interamente autoprodotto, il cd contiene otto brani di cui Stefania è autrice di testi e musiche. Non solo cantante quindi, ma anche cantautrice, che nel disco può vantare importanti collaborazioni con Daniele Barbato degli Istentales e musicisti dei Malinda Mai, per dare alla luce un album carico di atmosfere rock. Un disco, quindi, carico di emozioni come solo la voce di Stefania riesce a trasmettere.
Attualmente, sta lavorando ad un nuovo progetto musicale personale.
STEFANIA SISTU is a singer and a songwriter from Triei, a city in Sardinia. Music has been her greatest passion since she was 5, age at which she stepped on the stage for the first time for a children festival (of which today she is the artistic director) in her city.
This is the starting point of her adventure as an artist, through music schools and exhibitions in pubs and in the squares of Sardinia. She has been host in several television shows and important music festivals such as "Black Fire" in Nantes (Fr), and "Voci di Maggio", other than the participation in various music contests, in which she had excellent results, for example the semi-finals in the Festival of Castrocaro or the first prize at the "Tortolì Expò Festival 2009 -youth edition”.
Stefania is also part of the roster of musicians of the Albatros associations, thanks to which she could take part in collaborations with artist of great caliber, such as Bob Destiny and Jaime Scott Dolce. She also did important works in the theatre, Stefania lent her voice to some pieces from the theatre companies Figli d’Arte Medas and AC Simul.
In 2009 Stefania realized her greatest dream, she recorded her first album: "L' ALTRA ME". Entirely self-produced, the CD contains 8 tracks, Stefania is the author of both the lyrics and the music. So she's not only a singer but also a songwriter, in the album she can boast collaborations with Daniele Barbato from the Istentales, and musicians from Malinda Mai, who helped bringing to life an album filled with rock atmosphere. The CD is full of the emotions that only Stefania's voice can convey.
